No heat required
Seals by compression when the cap is tightened — no sealing machine needed.
Product 06

Overview
EPE wads are made from polyethylene foam. The wad sits inside the cap and is compressed against the container rim as the cap is tightened, sealing the container without heat or sealing equipment.
They are compressible and reusable, sealing again each time the cap is closed, and chemical-resistant. EPE wads are not tamper-evident; if you need visible tamper evidence, choose an induction or conduction seal.
Plastic containers. For glass, share your container details and we will confirm.
