The 1-piece induction heat seal is a single liner that bonds to the container rim during induction sealing. When the container is opened, the whole liner comes away — nothing stays in the cap, and the peel is residue-free.
It adds visible tamper evidence to plastic and glass containers. Because the liner is removed completely on first opening, it suits products that do not need the original liner to reseal the container.

How induction sealing works.
Induction sealing is non-contact: the liner is heated through the closure, so the cap stays on while the seal is made.

The liner is fitted inside the cap, and the cap is applied to the filled container.
STEP 02
The capped container passes under an induction sealing head, which produces an electromagnetic field.
STEP 03
The field heats the liner's foil layer, melting its sealing layer onto the container rim.
STEP 04
As it cools, the liner bonds to the rim — closing off the opening itself, not just the cap.

What is the difference between a 1-piece and a 2-piece induction seal?
A 1-piece seal is a single liner that bonds to the container and comes away completely when opened, leaving nothing in the cap. A 2-piece seal adds a separate backing wad that stays inside the cap after the foil seal is removed, so the cap still seals the container when it is closed again. Choose 1-piece when the product does not need resealing; choose 2-piece when the container is opened and closed repeatedly.
Does a 1-piece seal show if a container has been opened?
Yes. Once the bonded seal is peeled or broken it cannot be replaced, so tampering is visible.
